Flybridge
At the time of original construction the original owner worked with the yard to customize the flybridge area as to lower the arch and the hardtop to pass under 20 high Great Lakes bridges. This included a manual folding arch and a hydraulically lowered hardtop. As ambitious an undertaking as that was what is most amazing is the fact it was accomplished with little or no effect on the lines of the yacht nor the utility value of the Flybridge spaces.Having the tender aft in a garage and without the deck space devoted to a large crane the Flybridge is HUGE! Deck space compares easily with yachts of [removed phone].Equipment in this area includes:Custom fiberglass hardtopTeak laid over fiberglass decksCustom hydraulic cylinders to lower hardtop & archTwo fixed skylights in hardtopHelm to portOne piece sliding hatch/door to PilothouseDual stainless steel drink holdersThree person forward facing bench seat to starboardStarboard side wrap around C shaped settee to seat 6 7 w/removable cushions storage below & coverInlaid varnished teak table w/height adjustable stainless steel pedestal & cover with removable center section(2) Varnished teak dining chairs w/matching cushions & coverDark tinted plexiglass windscreen w/stainless steel framePortside walk behind two level bar w/varnished bar top & cover(3) Upholstered stainless steel barstools w/footrestsBuilt-in ice bucket at barU-Line refrigerator at bar(3) storage cabinets at barStainless steel foot rail & handrail at barFlip down 20 LCD Sharp Aquos TV above bar in a fiberglass enclosureWalk between arch/hardtop supports(9) Overhead stainless steel trimmed halogen mini spotsForward facing security cameraAft facing X stainless steel BBQ with four storage lockers below(2) teak and stainless sun lounges with removable cushionsFull beam aft U shaped seating for 10 12 w/removable cushions storage below & covers(2) Small oval teak tables port & starboard w/stainless steel bases & large umbrellas within stainless steel table bases(2) Larger oval teak tables w/adjustable height stainless steel bases and cover(4) stereo speakers forward(4) Stereo speakers aftBang & Olufsen stereo remote control panel(11) Stainless steel hoop rails around aft seatingBuell air horn systemStainless steel railing and tempered glass hinged cover around stepsIndirect rope lighting under bar & settee perimeterStainless steel flag staff aftOversize drains & strainers at each aft corner of flybridge drain directly overboardSub Zero freezer on upper flybridge deck aft

Remarks
The Johnson 87/103 series have been long thought of as the largest yacht you can buy in their size range. The 236 beam distinctive profile and great seakeeping abilities also have increased their popularity. This particular yacht has several features not found on her sisterships. Notably the country kitchen arrangement adds entertaining value while still maintaining her generous 4 stateroom layout. The custom built hydraulically lowering hard top allows the yacht to cruise the Great Lakes. Custom flybridge seating for a crowd is accomplished by stowing her tender in the aft garage. Finally the 2 extended swim platform adds versatility for water sports.4 MAL has been professionally maintained and benefits from Caterpillars Platinum ESC Warranties until May [removed phone] or until 4845 hours.Anyone looking at an [removed phone] foot fiberglass motoryacht needs to tour the 4 MAL to understand the level of quality and incredible amount of features found on the 87 Johnson.
